This is a very good and concise and important critique of Airbnb, Inc. But it’s also an old one! I’m reminded of a great line about Airbnb from Mike Bulajewski in 2018:

It’s difficult to recall a company that has failed quite so catastrophically at delivering on its socially conscious marketing.
